RingBack ("we," "us," "our") provides AI-powered missed-call recovery services for home-services businesses. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.

Information we collect

When you submit our demo request form or contact us, we collect: your name, business name, phone number, email (if provided), and information about your business (trade, service area, call volume). If you call our demo line, calls may be recorded for quality and training, and you are notified at the start of the call.

How we use it

We use your information to: respond to your request, build and deliver your demo, communicate with you about our services, and operate and improve RingBack. We do not sell your personal information.

Communications & consent

By submitting our form, you consent to receive calls and text messages from RingBack (including via automated or AI systems) at the number you provide, regarding our services. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to a text, or by contacting us. We honor opt-out requests promptly.

Sharing

We share information only with service providers who help us operate (e.g., CRM, telephony, and payment processors), under confidentiality obligations, and as required by law.

Data retention & security

We retain information as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal obligations, and we use reasonable safeguards to protect it.
